Please refrain from booking if you have had cold or flu symptoms, or share a household with someone who is symptomatic. Spa guests must enter the Hotel through the main lobby entrance, and visit the Safety Ambassador Desk, where your temperature will be taken and a health screening conducted. Please arrive at the Spa entrance 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment experience. Per the guidance of Alameda County health officials, locker rooms and amenities remain closed, and we are not permitted to provide food or beverages, so we recommend you bring a bottle of water to properly hydrate following your treatment. You will be escorted straight to the treatment room after check in, where clothes hangers are provided, and you will be escorted back to Spa reception for departure following your treatment. Our Spa experiences are designed for guests 18 years and over. To maintain a quiet and peaceful environment, please silence cell phones and other devices. We ask that you leave jewelry and valuables in your hotel room or at home. A 20% service charge will be applied to your Spa experience, and 18% is paid directly to your provider. A Spa Experience Coordinator will be contacting you following your web booking to collect a credit card in compliance with our cancelation policy, in which no show reservations are charged in full. Should you need to make changes or cancel your Spa reservation, contact us directly at 510-843-3000, press 4 for Spa. Cancelations and changes cannot be made in the online platform.
