PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Your online reservation will not be finalized until we collect your credit card information to secure your appointment, in compliance with our cancellation policy in which no show appointments are charged in full. A Spa Experience Coordinator will be reaching out during Reservations operational hours Thursday-Sunday to finalize your booking, and if we do not reach you by phone, we will send a Secure Pay link via email so that you may return your credit card information in an encrypted format. Our locker rooms, lounges, and hydrotherapy amenities are open. In alignment with Alameda County guidance, masking is optional but highly recommended. We are no longer checking proof of vaccination for entry into the Spa. Our Spa experiences are designed for guests 18 years and over. A 20% service charge will be added to your Spa experience, and 18% is paid directly to your provider as gratuity. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us directly at email@example.com, or 510-843-3000, press 4 for Spa. Cancellations and changes cannot be made on the online platform.
