PLEASE READ – TERMS AND CONDITIONS have changed. Your online reservation will not be finalized until we collect your credit card information to secure your appointment, in compliance with our cancelation policy in which no show appointments are charged in full. A Spa Experience Coordinator will be reaching out during Reservations operational hours Thursday-Sunday to finalize your booking, and if we do not reach you by phone, we will send a Secure Pay link via email so that you may return your credit card information in an encrypted format. Our locker rooms, lounges, showers, and steam room are open. Per Alameda County guidance, masks are required for everyone indoors, regardless of vaccination status. This includes in our hydrotherapy areas and during your treatment. Our Spa experiences are designed for guests 18 years and over. A 20% service charge will be added to your Spa experience, and 18% is paid directly to your provider. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us directly at email@example.com, or 510-843-3000, press 4 for Spa. Cancelations and changes cannot be made on the online platform.
